1. Service Overview

Find a Console is a U.S.-only notification service that alerts you when Nintendo Switch consoles are in stock at nearby Target locations. Notifications are delivered via SMS.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By signing up and entering payment details, you confirm that you're 18 or older.

3. Account and Access

You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up, including your name, phone number, zip code, and preferred alert method (SMS).

4. Messaging

SMS messages may include standard carrier fees. You can reply with STOP to unsubscribe from messages at any time, or HELP for assistance.

5. Payments

We use Stripe to process monthly subscriptions. Payments auto-renew every month unless canceled. You can cancel anytime and will retain access through the end of your billing cycle.

6. Cancellation and Deactivation

When you cancel your subscription, your alert access will be deactivated. You may request full account deletion at any time by contacting us at help@findaconsole.com.

7. Availability and Accuracy

We rely on publicly available data from Target and do our best to deliver timely alerts, but we can't guarantee product availability, notification timing, or delivery success.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for missed restocks, lost purchases, or any damages resulting from the use of our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after updates means you agree to the new terms.

• Sentry.io for error monitoring
• Vercel for hosting (may collect general analytics)
• In the future, we may use ad tracking tools (e.g. Facebook Pixel or Twitter Ads) but will disclose that when added.

5. SMS

All messages comply with opt-in rules. You can unsubscribe anytime by replying STOP. Your number is used solely to deliver alerts.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. If you cancel, your account is deactivated. You can request permanent deletion at any time by contacting help@findaconsole.com.
